Account Manager (Part-time).

We’re seeking an exceptionally organised individual to deliver outstanding client experience for a small number of key clients.

We want a candidate who is a natural problem solver and works well with a team to consider how we can deliver solutions for our clients.

Client experience is of the utmost importance at Uplift, and so we’re keen on finding the right candidate who can help set and embody the standards we wish to hold for our clients.

As part of the role, you will work closely with our Research and Design and Development teams to help deliver our award-winning digital experiences for our clients. You will be able to manage the ongoing relationship with our key clients, working within our Client Services team.

Responsibilities & duties

Client management – you will manage our client accounts, looking for ways to drive client satisfaction and growth for cross-agency clients. You will also liaise with clients on a day-to-day basis, supporting on client workflows and key projects within the agency – managing the wider account team to ensure delivery on time, to brief and within budget, whilst delivering exceptional results.

Client Performance, Strategy + Growth – you will contribute to the overall performance and workflow on your accounts and the profitable retention and growth of our existing business.

ient Experience + Satisfaction – you will ensure that client satisfaction remains high across your retained accounts – measured through NPS. You will work with senior members of the Client Services team to consistently improve renewal and retention rates.

Qualifications and Skills

  • +1 year experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client delivery role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and management

  • A passion for all things digital

  • High attention to detail and organisation skills.
