A New Website Focusing On Structure And User Journey To Turn More Users Into Leads.
We conducted a discovery to identify how we could improve the website and increase performance. Our main objectives were to suggest ways in which we could convert more users into enquiries and grow traffic from a more diverse range of channels.
As part of the discovery we suggested improving the sitemap & structure, content & inclusions and conversion points & types.
Our UX team took all the learnings from the discovery and designed a new, clean modern site. The site had a real focus on user experience, educating users on Total Water Solutions services and driving users through to key conversion points.
The new website is easy to use and provides users with a better user journey which has ultimately helped to increase goal completions. The new site has more content and resources for users, educating them further on the work and services TWS offer.
During the discovery phase we set ourselves three performance based targets that we wanted the new site to achieve.
